If anything is off, email us within 30 days with photos (front, back, side) and describe what needs adjusting.

We build a new garment with corrected measurements from scratch — not a patch job, a proper remake.
4. Profile Updated
Your measurement profile is refined for future orders. Most customers are dialed in after one round.
What's Covered
Every situation is different. Here's how we handle the most common ones.
If the finished garment's measurements differ significantly from what you submitted, that's our responsibility. We'll remake it at no cost.
What we need from you:
If the garment doesn't match your ordered specifications — wrong collar, incorrect pocket, missing monogram, or any other detail — we remake it correctly at no charge.
What we need: Photos highlighting the discrepancy, plus your order number. We'll cross-reference against your original order and correct it.
Loose stitching, misaligned patterns, fabric flaws, or any construction issue? That's covered. Send us close-up photos and your order number, and we'll remake or repair at no cost.
Sometimes a garment fits "fine" but you want the sleeves slightly shorter, the body a touch slimmer, or the rise a bit higher. These are preference adjustments rather than errors.
For preference adjustments, we offer a remake at a reduced rate (typically 50% off). We save your updated measurements so every future order benefits from this refinement.
What helps us most: Fit photos from front, back, and sides, plus a clear description of what you'd like changed and by how much.
If the garment matches the measurements you submitted but the fit isn't what you expected, it usually means the measurements need refinement. This is especially common with first orders.
We'll work with you to identify what needs to change and offer a discounted remake. We'll also help you create an accurate measurement profile so future orders fit right the first time.
